AppFactor BLOX for OpenSocial lets you see the connections that exist for any Contact within your instance of Salesforce, providing valuable insights and saving research time. All contacts with a relationship to the selected Contact appear in a new Social Network section of the record. The names that appear larger have stronger connections (based on communication count and recency). Hover over a name to reveal the type of relationship.

This application enables social networking within Salesforce using Google OpenSocial APIs.
