AppFactor Labs Offers the Feature Request Manager on the AppExchange

AppFactor Labs has published the Feature Request Manager on the salesforce.com AppExchange.  This application installs a new tab in Salesforce with a shared interface for submitting, executing, and tracking requests for features, changes, and permissions for salesforce.com or any other internal system.

The Feature Request Manager strikes the right balance between ease of use and process control.  The straight-forward set of fields and familiar Salesforce format make it quick and easy for users to submit and track their own requests, and for administrators to manage the requests through to completion and reporting.

AppFactor Labs Feature Request Manager is a free application and is available for Unlimited, Enterprise, and Developer editions of Salesforce.
